We manufacture stackable banquet chairs, banquet and conference tables and the ancillary banquet furniture that goes with them — in our own factory in Istanbul, wholesale and export to more than thirty countries. 134 models, direct from the manufacturer.
Tell us the models, quantities and destination and we will send a full quotation with fabric options and shipping cost — normally within 24 hours. If you are not sure which model fits, describe the room and we will propose one.
Banquet Chair Factory is the banquet and event seating division of Hotel Furniture Concept, a full FF&E manufacturer that has served the hotel and restaurant industry for more than thirty years. Everything in our catalogue is cut, welded, painted and upholstered on our own lines in Istanbul, on CNC machinery. You are buying from the manufacturer rather than a reseller, so the price you are quoted is the factory price — and the person who answers your technical question works in the same building as the machine that makes the part.
Every banquet chair in our range is produced in both materials, on the same frame geometry, so the choice is about how the room is used rather than how it looks. An aluminium frame is 25×25×2 mm and weighs around 5.5 kg. It is the right answer where staff turn a room over several times a week and lift chairs by hand all day. The steel version uses a 25×25×1.2 mm profile, weighs around 7.5 kg and costs less per unit, which makes it the better economics for fixed layouts and large single orders. Both are finished with electrostatic paint that resists fading and rust, both stack twelve high, and both carry anti-scratch rubber protection so a stack does not mark the frame beneath it.
Chairs stack twelve high, tables fold and stack on top of each other, and the trolleys that move them are part of the same catalogue rather than an afterthought. That matters when a venue fit-out has to arrive, clear customs and be unpacked on a schedule. We ship to more than thirty countries across Europe, Asia and Africa, load containers at our own facility and prepare the export documentation in house.
Seats are built on 80 mm of W55-density polyurethane foam over an 11 mm OSB support, with a 30 mm backrest pad on the same substrate. Upholstery is stain-resistant contract fabric with straight-stitched seams. Frame colour is unlimited — the electrostatic process takes any RAL — and fabric choice is open, including customer’s own material. Armrests, writing tablets and linking hardware are available across most models.
Guest room casegoods, restaurant seating, reception desks, kitchen cabinets and complete FF&E packages are produced by our sister company, Hotel Furniture Concept — the same factory group, the same standards, one point of contact.

Written on our own factory floor in Istanbul. Specifications, costs and the questions worth asking before you sign an order.

Frames, foam density, stacking heights, standards and how to match chairs to your tables.

Sizes in feet and centimetres, tops, edges, folding frames, storage and what drives the price.

Chairs against pews, foam density, linking systems, spacing, capacity and realistic costs.
We sell to hotels, contractors, distributors and event companies. Pricing is project-based rather than listed, because frame colour, fabric grade and quantity change the number — but the terms below do not, and we would rather you knew them before you write to us.
Aluminium is about two kilograms lighter per chair, which matters in venues where staff reset rooms by hand several times a week. Steel costs less per unit and is the better choice for fixed layouts and large single orders. Both use the same seat construction, the same electrostatic paint process and both stack twelve high, so you are choosing between handling weight and unit cost rather than between quality levels.
Twelve high for the banquet chair range, in both aluminium and steel. Church chairs stack eight high. Every chair has anti-scratch rubber protection at the stacking contact points so the frames do not mark each other, and matching trolleys are available so a stack can be moved by one person.
Yes. Our electrostatic paint process takes any RAL colour with no surcharge for non-standard shades, and fabric selection is open — we work with stain-resistant contract textiles and also accept customer’s own material. Send us a reference, a fabric code or a photograph of the interior and we will confirm the match before production starts.
The frame is a 25×25×2 mm aluminium profile or a 25×25×1.2 mm steel profile, finished in electrostatic paint. The seat is 80 mm of W55-density polyurethane foam over an 11 mm OSB support, with a 30 mm pad on the backrest. Cinema and theatre seating uses beechwood backs and seat undersides with 50–55 kg/m³ foam and MVSS-32/B class fire-retardant specification.
50 pieces per model. You can mix several models within one order, so a venue that needs 200 banquet chairs in four different models is a normal order for us rather than an exception.
Four weeks from order confirmation. That includes custom frame colours and your fabric selection — we do not quote a shorter standard lead time and a longer one for anything non-standard, because almost every order we build is specified to the venue.
Yes. We produce sample chairs on request so you can check the frame colour, the fabric and the finish in person before committing to a production order. Tell us the model and the specification you are considering and we will arrange it.
We ship across Europe, Asia and Africa, to more than thirty countries. Containers are loaded at our own facility in Istanbul and we prepare the export documentation in house, so you deal with the manufacturer rather than an intermediary.
